We photograph every piece carefully and describe condition, circa date, origin, and materials honestly. Colors and surface details may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions — we are always happy to share additional photos or measurements.
All product descriptions are subject to change and we reserve the right to discontinue any listing at any time.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Stone & Relic reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not confirmed until we accept it and process your payment.
Because our pieces are one of a kind and sold on a first-come, first-served basis, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
All sales are subject to our Returns Policy.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or any applicable customs or import duties. International customers are responsible for any duties or import fees applicable in their country.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to promptly update it as needed. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that charges will be honoured.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship from Wesley Chapel, Florida. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. Freight items — including furniture and large pieces — are shipped on pallets and will be noted clearly in the listing.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@stoneandrelic.com with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS
Stone & Relic does not accept returns or exchanges. Because every piece is genuinely one of a kind, all sales are final.
We believe in buying with confidence. Before you purchase, please take your time with every photo, read each description carefully, and reach out with any questions. We will gladly provide additional images, measurements, or details about any piece. We are always happy to help.
